Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–14 business days from the order date. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; occasional delays can occur during peak periods or due to weather and carrier disruptions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout unless a free-shipping offer is shown on the product page or in your cart. The 2 Bars option includes free shipping. Any free-shipping offer applies to the order it is shown on and cannot be transferred or combined unless stated.

Tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping email to follow your order. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan after the label is created — this is normal.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at begloriousco@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, and undeliverable orders cannot be re-shipped free of charge.
